Air Classification
PPDS supply air classifiers both for operation in conjunction with mills and for the independent classification of powders.
We offer new and used classifier solutions for a wide range of throughput and fineness options. Feed capacities from laboratory scale up to 50 tonne/hour can be catered for with separations ranging from 90% passing 250 micron down to 97% passing 5 micron are possible.
Design options are available for the processing of abrasive materials where a combination of PU and alloy steel are used to protect the areas most susceptible to wear. We can also offer solutions on applications where iron contamination must be avoided.
